  • Both Customers and Writers must adhere to the rules and guidelines outlined by the Company to ensure a seamless experience.



5. Prohibited Activities


You are prohibited from:



  • Engaging in fraudulent activities or submitting false information.

  • Posting or sharing unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.

  • Using automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the Website without authorization.

  • Attempting to disrupt the Website’s functionality through hacking or other means.

  • Circumventing the platform (e.g., engaging in off-platform transactions to avoid fees).



6. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

  • Writers: By submitting work through the Website, Writers agree to transfer all rights to the Company or the Customer upon approval of the work.

  • Originality: All content must be original and must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.



10. Confidentiality


Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, project details, or client data encountered through the platform. Unauthorized disclosure or use of confidential information is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or legal action.



11. User-Generated Content


Users are solely responsible for any content they upload or share on the Website, including project briefs, work samples, or feedback. The Company is not liable for user-generated content but reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.



12. Termination of Services
